  1. Services from Spiral Health

Spiral Health offers a self-guided and personalized virtual “exercise program” based on a comprehensive approach that includes:

  • Functional Movement Assessments: This involves capturing movement data from the user. The Spiral Health App uses the individual’s smart phone camera to record the video of the movement test. You can analyze your body’s functional movement quality and identify key sources of pain.
  • Individualized Therapy Program: You will receive a custom-tailored therapy program consisting of daily exercises from Spiral Health’s proprietary AI/ML therapy recommendation engine.
  • Advanced User Engagement: The Spiral Health App includes an AI posture and movement coach ready to guide you through your full program and answer any questions along the way.

The above services from Spiral Health are referred to as the “Services” in these Terms.

Spiral Health does not practice medicine or provide any clinical services.

All professionals performing clinical services hold required licenses issued by the professional licensing boards or agencies in the states where they practice. Spiral Health is not responsible for a professional’s acts, omissions, or for the content of any communications made by a professional through the Services, including without limitation any medical advice, course of treatment, or diagnosis.
